식혜
韓國傳統且助消化的甜飲"食釀",主要是白米蒸熟後加麥芽酵母水發酵後再加入一點生薑跟白糖的飲品,甜湯像是帶甜的淡酒釀. 這道甜飲常出現在韓國食堂用餐後或公共澡堂沐浴桑拿後等場所,有時登山或聚會時,阿珠媽也會帶上這道"傳統點心". P.S. 主要是冷飲
